Week 1 back - disaster

Not sure what's up but apparently my game plan this week is ROAR EAT ALL THE THINGS!!!!
It's really frustrating. I can't remember how I used to make myself stop eating when it was time to.
I'm full, but I keep eating.
I'm at my calorie limit, but hey what's another cup of ice cream? Why? Does anyone have any ideas for learning to stop this behaviour??
