Week 1 back - disaster

Not sure what's up but apparently my game plan this week is ROAR EAT ALL THE THINGS!!!!
It's really frustrating. I can't remember how I used to make myself stop eating when it was time to.
I'm full, but I keep eating.
I'm at my calorie limit, but hey what's another cup of ice cream? Why? Does anyone have any ideas for learning to stop this behaviour??

    Your best bet might to pre-track and pre-portion everything for a week, and see if your body is willing to handle just that for a bit before returning to a more normal style. Just to remind yourself what it feels like!
