Well, I was brave and stepped on the scale because I knew I needed to know my starting point to know if this week produces results or not. I measured as well because thanks to a lot of your comments I know I need to look at some other areas because success isn't always shown just on the scale.
The weight wasn't as bad as I thought it was gonna be after two weeks of not much exercise and a week of really bad eats. I weigh 175 now. Gained three pounds. :( But it could be a lot worse. My clothes all still fit and aren't tight. I feel about the same weight. My legs look like they have lost some of their toned look but overall I don't think I have done too much damage which is a great thing. And the really great thing is that I am getting a handle on these pounds piling on before it gets disastrous.
My measurements:
Waist: 36" gained half an inch
Chest: 40" gained an inch and a half! Dang! lol
Thighs R: 22" L23" stayed the same
Calves: 16" stayed the same
Upper Arms: 13" gained half an inch
Neck: 14 and 3/4" gained 1 3/4"
Ok, so I gained some inches. Especially in my neck and chest! I'm not complaining too much about my chest because my upper back doesn't look fat so maybe it went to the front. lol But I do want to whittle it down all the same.
And my neck! Good Gosh! I gained almost 2 inches! I find it hilarious for some reason that I must have one fat neck although you can't really tell a difference by looking at it so I don't care. lol
I also gained half an inch in my upper arms and half an inch in my waist. I'm very glad that I only gained half an inch in my waist because that is my biggest problem area being an apple and all. And I guess my legs are the same so the toned thing must be in my head.
So, after measuring and weighing, things don't seem so bad. Things are up a little but they are certainly not that bad and nothing that I can't take care of. Today is going to be a great day as well as this week, and I will be successful! Because even if I don't lose any weight or inches, I will still be successful just from completely my goals and improving my health with the changes made.
