I have been stuck at the same weight for about 3 months now, so I feel a little bit of a challenge is just what I need. And I love food and I want to enjoy the Christmas food a bit, so I'm thinking lose a bit before will be a good reminder of how much discipline it takes to lose, and to enjoy food responsibly!!!
So my plan is old style - track my calories, exercise a bit every day, eat healthy, drink my water. I might switch from coffee to green tea if I can muster the courage, for a few weeks at least.
