A little progress

A little is better than none, at least I have the needle moving the in the right direction this week.

My most challenging day is coming this week (I'm sure I'm not alone) but I am convincing myself that controlling my eating on Thanksgiving is empowering.

Hopefully my inner hunger monster gets the message and doesn't bother me too much.

I've brought more fruit with me to work for snacks. Apples mostly, as I am looking to keeping my hunger at a lower level than it generally seems to be. Though I truely belive most of it is mental and not my body actually needing food.

I have already gotten alot of support from this page so I believe I will try blogging more often and see if it helps to keep me honest with myself.

Thanks to everyone who has responded to my posts. You guys rock!

Apples work for me against hunger every time! I eat up to 6 in one sitting, it makes me energized and keeps me goiing for a couple of hours until I get hungry again.
