The weekend wasn't very kind to me. Or rather I was not kind to myself for not having eaten what I should have/eating too much of what I shouldn't have. This weekend was birthdays galore. My dad's was on Friday, one of my sisters had a birthday on Saturday, and then mine is Wednesday. So there was cake and going out to restaurants and all sorts of stuff.
Although my birthday lunch yesterday was not bad. I had Korean Steak Tacos and some Jasmine Rice. It was wonderful and I could eat it again today!
Anyways, I have to say that this weeks challenge is going to be a pain in the butt. But it is also what I believe is key to me getting back on track and starting to loose weight again. It's all those little pieces of candy or that second helping that really adds up in the end.
Yesterday evening I didn't even look at the final calorie count. Today I'm going to track EVERYTHING and stay within the ranges. Mine is 1370-1700 so if I can't do that then there is something wrong. That is a very generous range if you ask me!
Thanksgiving prep also started this weekend. Today I will be making my desserts and getting them out of the way. I'm so looking forward to having everyone over! And taking pictures to share with everyone :D
