Getting back on track -- again!

Another new week begins, and a new opportunity to start back on track. It was this week last year (just before Turkey Day), that I decided to get my life back in order. Well, in reality, I really haven't lost any weight in that year, but at Ieast I am starting to exercise. And I have SO much more balance in my life -- a good portion of the last 365 was getting my priorities straight, and finding direction of where I wanted my life to go. A lot of bad things have left my world - including a few people that really were harmful to my mental health! A few bad habits that were time consumers (time that I can now spend in active pursuits) are gone. Yeah to all that! My desire to exercise and do fun things is back. Now, as to the eating....

Small steps forward. Doing it!
