Still hanging in, although not hanging around.

I'm still hanging on to my weight loss, although with school, I have not had the motivation (I won't say time) to start any new exercise routine. If I were to do it, I think I would try for 10 minutes a day during my planning period... I could probably manage it if I brought some tennis shoes to work. I would like to do SOMETHING to continue the strength build up from summer. My goal is also to earn 100 sparkpoints a month.

    emoticon do you have a buddy at work - you can take a 'quick walk at break / lunch time - or park further from the door at work or when you go shopping ? 5 - 10 minutes here and there add up over time emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

  When I have a few minute break at work I walk outside and breathe deeply.
I feel energized upon completion.

    tennies are nice but really jumping jacks for 10 mins would fill the bill...
