I'm still hanging on to my weight loss, although with school, I have not had the motivation (I won't say time) to start any new exercise routine. If I were to do it, I think I would try for 10 minutes a day during my planning period... I could probably manage it if I brought some tennis shoes to work. I would like to do SOMETHING to continue the strength build up from summer. My goal is also to earn 100 sparkpoints a month.
