I gained back two pounds this weekend.
I did not stay on track, I did not even try to follow my game plan.
Friday night the BF had asked me to go to the local Univesity's hockey game where he is the volunteer annoucer. I was in charge of dinner and made us a very filling and carb laden meal of Biscuits with ham and cheese. I cannot believe I ate three.
After the game we went for a beer, I only had one, but I shared his loaded fries. I wasn't even hungry, and I just didn't even think. I ate.
Sat we had a road trip... lots of fast foos eaten on the 6 hour drive. When we got to the destination (a social gathering) I proceeded to get drunk. Need I say more?
Yesterday was lost to the well deserved hangover.
Back on track today. My treadmill and I will spend time together again tonight. I need to shed these two pounds again quickly and think I can.
Of course Thanksgiving is this week too but really, this morning, I can only face the thought of Today.
