I did it!

Yay for me! I worked out this morning, and I feel fabulous. No pain at all!

Yes, I know. WAY too early to be celebrating, but it just feels so darned good! I did an intermediate Pilates workout, and I was very pleased that I was able to keep up with it. Seems my layoff from exercising didn't completely kill my fitness level after all. Stamina still needs a bit of work to get back up to speed, but that will come too with time.

There's a TV show called Pilates from the Inside Out. I use it as my main Pilates workout, simply because it's included in my tv channel package and it's on several times per day.

I'm not sure whether it's available in your area, but it might be worth looking up:

glad you were able to workout without pain!!!

I ordered the Pilates video from the Spark link (one of the 10 minute Pilates). Can't wait for it to arrive. Just doing the 10 minute version gave me some NEW sore muscles. It will be nice to have more than one Pilates DVD that I actually like.
