The Countdown

Monday, November 19, 2012

It is a short work week due to Thanksgiving. Some are already counting down. Some until the Thanksgiving Day others are counting down to Black Friday.

For me I am thankful for the short work week- as it is probably going to be another stressful one for me filling in for a co-worker, even though I do not have access to applications that I need to do her job.

I am looking forward to Thanksgiving. Spending it with a friend and her son, my parents and maybe a nephew.

As for Black Friday? Not a fan of that and the craziness that comes with it. There is nothing that I need that bad to fight the crowds.

What are you counting down to??

I've actually said.. I slow down and "try" to enjoy the holidays.. and not make such a big deal... so just getting through all the hub but... is my count down. lol.. Sorry I do enjoy spending time with family.. I just hate the commercialism of it all..

oohh Anne I want a wine tasting night!! I am counting down to Dec 8th...Terry and I's birthdays are just a couple days apart the beginning of Dec so we are going with friends to a mom and pop brewery in Cleveland for a tour/tasting and dinner. Beer is not my thing, I prefer wine but Terry likes to try different beers so this should be fun. We like to mix it up and not be too boring emoticon

I am with you Onenel. Went black Friday shopping once...that was enough for me.
