Trying New Approaches

I like my one cup (BIG cup) of coffee in the morning. I like it with sugar and evaporated milk. But I want to cut some calories. Also, processed sugar is devoid of any nutritional value. And I don't want to use artificial sweeteners. So I started using brown sugar, especially after learning from a Spark article that it has more nutrients than it heavily processed relative. And while in the store yesterday I grabbed some molasses, because that's even BETTER. And 2% milk works well enough in the coffee. (Sorry, skim and 1% just makes it - GRAY!)
So this morning I had my coffee with MOLASSES. Hm, interesting flavor. Not unpleasant.
