So I've been adding in another minute at a time and pushin myself. It's working.
I am now running 10 min straight and walking 3 min. I'm just puttin in the jams and doing it and best of all, its working. Whew! I'm breakin a great sweat. I was sore for one day and got out of that. Can't believe how fast this has worked out! I'm making better food choices also. It's downright automatic. I'm actually feeling great! That turkey-trot is just a few days away and looks like I'll be ready for it. I'm not in it for the speed, no I'm not. I am in it to do it! And just do it I will do.
