So I am adjusting my goals for the next month or so. I will continue to workout as I have been doing and tracking what I eat. However, I realize that there will be a few instances when I will not be able to accurately track my food. So in those instances I will make healthy food choices, allow myself a few of my favorite treats, and not allow my family to push me to overeat (although that is rarely an issue).
So my weight goal from now until after Christmas is to maintain. I might still be able to lose a little, but I won't beat myself up if I stay at my current weight for the next month. I have been doing really well for the past several months and the holidays won't derail that for me.
