I will admit I hoard points plus values at night now that I am back on maintenance.
Take the last couple of nights for example.
Friday night I used up 9 points plus on dessert alone having a weight watcher smoothie made with fat free milk, a weight watcher chocolate caramel bar and honey bunches of oats cereal.
Last night was 11 points used up with fat free frozen yogurt, weight watcher smoothie with fat free milk, 2 marshmallows and reduced fat peanut butter on 1 slice of low calorie wheat bread
Tonight was better (I think) as I had 1 slice apple pie, a piece of string cheese (during the day), an apple and 1% milk.
How can I stop this from happening?. Any advice is welcome.
