I ate well today, thanks in part to my daughter's cooking.
Breakfast: pancakes made out of coconut and almond flour, egg replacer (GF), and coconut milk.
So filling I didn't need lunch. Ran 2.25 miles on the treadmill, came home for
Dinner: roast chicken (ok, I bought it from the supermarket); a big bunch of organic parsley, water.
Dessert: brownies -- made with coconut oil, cocoa powder, egg replacer, Xylitol, almond flavor, coconut flout, and chocolate chips.
And a cup of tea as I type away.
