I took a nap this afternoon, then went to the gym for a cardio and strength workout.
Tonight I started prep for the 2nd Thanksgiving dinner. This is tomorrow night for the band.
They will be arriving tomorrow morning.
Day 91 of the 100 Day Challenge (Nov 18) -
My goals are:
1. Daily blog how I am doing [64/91]
2. Exercise for at least 30 min a day 6x a week and work up to 120 min a day.[76/91]
3. Drink 8-10 glasses a day.[91/91]
4. Daily tract food and exercise.[85/91]
5. High protein breakfast, [75/91]
6. Cut back on snacking.[65/91]
