I took a nap this afternoon, then went to the gym for a cardio and strength workout.

Tonight I started prep for the 2nd Thanksgiving dinner. This is tomorrow night for the band.
They will be arriving tomorrow morning.

Day 91 of the 100 Day Challenge (Nov 18) -
My goals are:
1. Daily blog how I am doing [64/91] emoticon
2. Exercise for at least 30 min a day 6x a week and work up to 120 min a day.[76/91] emoticon
3. Drink 8-10 glasses a day.[91/91] emoticon
4. Daily tract food and exercise.[85/91] emoticon
5. High protein breakfast, [75/91] emoticon
6. Cut back on snacking.[65/91] emoticon

Oh, I hope so! Nothing more fun than burning off calories dancing into the night! emoticon

Gosh, you probably didn't mean that kind of band...but I'm keeping my fingers crossed that you did, because that sounds like an awesome party...if not crank up the stereo and kick off your shoes anyway. So far you're doing great, keep it up!
