Goals week of Thanksgiving

This week is a busy one, in spite of it being so busy I AM making a decision to make it as healthy as possible. Including being mindful of what I eat & drink. As all those wonderful foods are made I WILL keep my hands off until it's time to eat. I WONT nibble on everything before we sit down to eat.
Here's my plan for fitness this week:
Sunday - Playing with the kids
Monday - Gym for 1-1/2 hours (treadmill, elliptical, & bike + strength)
Tuesday - Major house cleaning, including mopping floors on hands & knees
Wednesday - Gym including meeting with PT for my own personal routine (using Paul's right now)
Thursday - Running around like a chicken with my head cut off
making sure house is clean enough for family coming over.
Friday - I'm not quite sure about this day as the kids have the day off with dentist appts & whatnot.
Saturday - Whatever we end up doing
Everyday - Eat within Calorie range & drink lots & lots of water! - EVEN on Thanksgiving!!!
It's funny how things are kind of falling into place. This morning we were convinced we were going to have Papa Murphy's pizza for dinner and by the time we were done with our conversation we were settle on my healthier beef stroganoff. This isn't the first time in the last week we have talked ourselves out of buying pizza. Pretty amazing, since in the past we would have been like okay...Pizza it is!
