For the Early Birds....Report on day 7 here! Whooo hooo! one week already!

Hi ladies,

Since I may be at the walk in clinic Monday morning, I thought I would post this for the early birds to report their stats for MONDAY day 7 ! Whoo hoo!

One week already!

    Ran 40 minutes on the treadmill, ( 2.5 miles or 4.2km's) - am coughing a lot so did not do as much as I would have liked to do. emoticon

    I did my 30 mins of Bob Harpers Biggest Loser workout this morning and then my 2 15 min walks and my 1 30 min walk later!

    Walk in clinic? Are you ok?

Day 7: 25 mins yoga (Half Moon sequence) and 2 short SP videos: lunges and back extension with a ball (total maybe 6 minutes?) I love my stability ball! The shorter work outs were a good addition today as I'm back to work this morning. LOL I sometimes forget I have a real job and this month is our end of year - lots of bookwork to catch up with.

    60minutes Body Worx - cardio and ST combo

I was supposed to be a model for exams at a Beauty School today - my therapist was a no-show :( but that meant I could get to the gym after all and still got my vouchers for free treatments next year

Also - thanks to another SP comment on someone else's blog yesterday, I have now downloaded the FitBlog App which alerts me every 30minutes and gives a 1minute exercise to get away from the computer - I also use it now to go and do something else e.g. domestic chores

    I won't be sparking for a few days.
I think I twisted my knee and am waiting for my son
to return from interstate in about an hour to take me to
the hospital as the pain is excruciating. I am putting ice
on it. Sorry team, but I overdid it today. I wrked hard all
day cleaning the house and then on my walk, I stumbled
on uneven ground and in order to break the fall, I mustve
twisted or sprained my knee. IT HURTS, bummer.
Sorry, I will be AWOL till I find out what it is. emoticon emoticon emoticon
