5.2 Staying organized!

Wrote out a shopping list and a meal plan! Took my day off today so every day this week I have to make it to the gym. Shouldn't be too hard even on turkey day because I'm doing the 5 mile turkey trot then. I am commited to 1400 calories again, on thanksgiving I will allow maybe 200-300 more calories, which I think is reasonable.
