First week of my "starting over" plan is complete and it wasn't a horrible week. Was traveling so my diet wasn't the best and I did not get any cardio done. But I did get all my resistance workouts in, including one on Saturday morning at 6:30 AM that was really tough to get done that early on a Saturday.
This week is going to be hard with Thanksgiving looming. My plan is to complete all 3 workouts on my Bowflex and get in at least two cardio sessions of 45 minutes or more. I also think I need to do a better job at stretching.
I am also seriously thinking of checking out the Spark Coach. Anyone out there working with a Spark Coach? Cost sounds very reasonable and I really could use the motivation.
Okay, time to hit week 2. Best of luck to everyone this week. Try to eat well during the week, especially if you know Thursday will be a feast.
