Just a little update - still at it. Week 5 was rough with work. I managed to do all three weight training workouts and plyometrics. I missed two workouts, yoga and kempo. I did run two or so times last week.
Anyway, my point is, it wasn't a perfect week, but it was a realistic week. I've pretty much eaten everything I exercised off, but I'm not too concerned....because....I've noticed muscles! Hello biceps, nice to meet you! And my thighs - wow - I think too many crescent poses have worked them firm. Well, okay, only the one muscle is firm, but that's more than before!!
Excited about week 6 and the prospect of improving.
Oh, plus a weigh in at 183.8 I believe it was. WOW. Haven't seen that number since I was 19-ish.
