Getting started... again

Ok here I go again, but this time I have to do it, no more excuses. I ate good today but I feel yucky because I made myself eat my bland food. So... my goal is to try new recipe's... low fat recipe's cause all I know how to cook is high in fat and calories...yum... I already saw some good ones on this site that I want to try. This is day one... We will eat better tomorrow.

    I also have to take my food day by day. I have a hard time meeting my calories but I always meet or exceed my fab & carbs. I don't like to cook so food is a struggle for me. There are some great recipes on here, and on the app I downloaded on my phone. Good luck with your new recipes!!
