Hi Everyone,
Thanks for all the compassion and advice on my eating situation. I'm sticking with the intuitive eating and I'm doing fine. In an effort shed my 10 Faileo pounds and to ease the anticipation of Cathe's X-Train, I'm unofficially entering Tom Venuto's Burn the Fat Holiday Challenge. I say unofficially because officially entering seems to trigger some sort of rebellion in me because last time I did that, I went off the wagon big time. SO, I'm unofficially entering.
The challenge starts this week and is only 49 days so maybe that will keep me focused. My goal is to shed 10 pounds and 5% body fat.
So to start me out, this morning I took all my measurements (that was ugly) and did Cathe's Boot Camp. Okay so it took me an extra half hour to get through but I did it. Until X-train arrives, my workouts are going to be like my eating these days; at random and totally intuitive.
