Well, this week has been filled with highs and lows which has left me sort of blah and not doing much of anything. Today is a bit more on track. I didn't get going this morning like I wanted (slept in again - I hope I'm not getting sick). Didn't get up and moving until after 9. I was up until midnight yesterday so maybe that's the problem. Hubby is such a night owl and I feel into that trap. So I'm going to run with that.
I did manage a good 3 mile run right after hubby left for work. Three miles in 31 minutes. That really is my quickest yet. However, my times are all over the board. Today was terrific, Wednesday was my worst at 43 minutes. Not having a lot of consistency on my runs. It's ok though, at least I'm doing them.
I'm in calorie for the first time in 3 days - so that should be a bonus. Now just as long as I don't start mindlessly eating tonight in front of the TV I'll be fine. I've got just enough left for my bedtime soy. So I need to be done for the day.
I've been trying to catch up on house work all day (exercise and tracking are not the only things I haven't been doing
). That means the run was my only real exercise. And dishes and laundry don't use too many steps. Maybe I'll take a walk with Gypsy, it will be slow and calm - kind of more like I'm feeling than more Tazzy time.
Hubby is off holiday shopping, so I'm left to my own devices tonight. Wow, an I rambling. Sorry.
