I'm experimenting this week. My primary exercise is walking. I usually walk alone so I have to be self motivated. =) I usually walk with my MP3 player playing music or an audio book. I'm delighted to have a few walking partners so I have company 1 or 2 times a week. The past few days I was away and had the opportunity to use a treadmill for those few days. I need to either add something to my routine or change it up a bit. I have a "Walk Away the Pounds" dvd that I discovered years ago but never used consistently. So I'm working on incorporating it into my routine.
I pulled out the "Walk Away the Pounds" (WATP) video tonight. The whole family did it with me - an extra bonus! I'm hoping to vary my routine a bit and have a back up plan for the cold weather.
