Today's SparkCoach lesson was "Beat Stress Weigh Less" and how stress sets us up to gain weight.
Earlier today while sorting through a stack of papers in my desk, I found a journal entry I made in March of this year, rehearsing all the drama I was dealing with at the time. BINGO! I hit 3 out of the major 4 stressors. So, I did a Stress Test and scored 458 (where 0-149 is low; 150-299 is medium and 300 up is high susceptibility to stress related illness).
Anyway, I am SO thankful that most of those stressors have been eliminated (or I have found other ways to deal with them).
I am on a great plan for losing weight and regaining my health . . . and I am feeling better every day.
