After giving my body a rest for the past 2 days, I decided to walk on my Treadclimber. I cannot believe that I burned over a 1000 calories (1105 calories to be exact). I walked 4.1 miles and I'm feeling great! I did this while watching the movie Dreamgirls!
Also, read blogs of others who are starting over this week! My goal is to remain focused and motivated even though Thursday is Thanksgiving! I will watch what I eat as well as still working out doing Jillian Michaels' Body Revolution. This will be Week #4 for me! I have made a goal to complete this program and I'm determined to do so!
I really feel good right now! Now, I need to go feed my belly with something healthy!
