In SparkCoach, Coach Nicole Posed A Question.

Sunday, November 18, 2012

It was an inspiring question, indeed !
Nicole first asked us to think about how we have evolved in our diet,
workouts, and even in our attitudes about healthy living, these past
few months. Then, she posed the Question : " Where do you envision
yourself in the future ? " She then followed that querie with another :
" What steps can you take today, to make more small changes, so that
your healthy lifestyle is a constant evolution, that keeps you excited ? "
My answer to the first question is : that I will be doing a lot of the same
exercises, but I see myself being stronger, and better at them. Starting
tonight, I will make performing all my exercises, to their best, a top priority.
From now on, I will not allow anything else the chance to get in the way !
THAT is the small change, that will make this all possible !

I need some ideas for renewing excitement. I think if my efforts of the past 6 weeks had been more fruitful, I'd be more excited.

So true. I think you've found the anwser - the essence of Spark!

That's what I love so much about SP . . . it's not a 'diet' but an education; providing educational and motivational resources to live healthier. But the SPARK has to come from within us.

I've been doing yoga for years. . . but I'm doing it differently now. I've been eating for years, but I'm doing it differently now.

We are SPARKIN!!!
