I made this as my new recipe last week. It was pretty good. I didn't have green peppers on hand so I just doubled the red pepper. I found it already in the Sparkrecipe data base and they had used all red peppers as well. The only change that I made besides that was I used up the pizza sauce in the fridge instead of opening up some other tomato sauce. I didn't fret over the nutritional facts on that day since even if it was higher in carbs than plain tomato sauce I had room.

I had heard of skinny taste before but this was the first recipe I tried. I tried this one because I had everything on hand and had a craving for stuffed peppers. Several of her recipes are already in the spark people database.
