I have done really well today. My workout was great!
Walked for 1 hour
At the gym.....
20 minutes interval training on the stationary bike
20 minutes on the stair climber
20 minute jog on the treadmill
Tomorrow slow walk then light cardio at the gym. Work on back.
The rest of the day has been great. Nice and peaceful.
