flu, work, ankle, phew.

Sunday, November 18, 2012

Trapped home with a bad flu. I feel a bit frustrated because it seems a long time since I went to the gym. I'm not having any walking done either.. That might explain why I caught a flu in the first place. At least my voice is back today, so MAYBE I'll be able to go to work tomorrow. I really don't feel like dealing with bureaucracy B.S. this week, I missed a whole week when my grand father passed away. I haven't felt this out of shape in a long time, I even gained a bit.. Anyway :/

I spent the day in a intense numb bubble.. I feel like it's going away, slowly returning to feeling like myself. I wish to be able to go back to the gym before mid-week. Also, I barely feel any pain or resistance in my ankle.. which is GREAT news! I really hope my boyfriend and I will be able to run this winter. Harsh time to start running, indeed.. but winter in the morning is just beautiful :)

Soo I guess I don't have much to say, I just felt like posting something. I'll try to log my exercises. Since my Garmin is giving me all the calories spent it should not be too complicated or time consuming. I still have to relearn to log my calorie intake as well, it will be helpful to see where I am. I was so good at it but now it just seems like an impossible thing to do. AHHHH!

(I can do it, again)
