Now on to week two!
I didn't know what to expect starting Phase I all over again. Ok. Honestly, I expected that it would be easier. Guess what. It isn't. But that is a good thing! It is a really hard workout. Actually, I'm really looking forward to the fit test and pictures week 3 because I feel like my body is changing more this time than it did last time. Maybe it is because my body is a little more able to do the work out, or maybe it is because I've gotten better at following the eating plan, or maybe I'm just hallucinating.
