What's your why.......................??
Why are you here? What was your goal? Have you achieved it yet?
Jillian Michaels says “If you have a why,, you can tolerate any HOW”-- I truly believe this.
My why is a healthier life, weight loss and to help my arthritis. I never dreamt that I could lose 15 lbs and 15 inches, I never believed that I could run again or endure Jillian Michaels workouts but I can.
For every journey we need a why, it has taken me over 40 years to see my “why's” and “how's” I am grateful for the journey that I am still on.............. the rest of my weight loss may take another year but I am here to stand by my statements and back up my why's so I may encourage others (SPARK THEM) weather it be in weight loss, new living, moving on after abuse, loving your children, your spouse, your friends, your mom................
My whys shall bring me through the next 40 years how about yours??
