ok. Planned out my food day but went to a benefit and had a WHOLE second, not so smart choices, dinner.
But today, counterbalanced it with below range, smart choices and added a second workout.
Also, to change things up, I set myself up on Wii personal trainer and did it with my neighbor.
We walk 3 miles every morning. We committed to each other that we would add a Wii personal trainer workout 3 mornings a week to get strength training in.
It always helps to have a buddy "in commitment".
