I have been on plateau for two years... walking and less food did not make a difference .. so this summer I looked into joining a gym and nothing! So I changed what I am eating and no snacks between meals and believe it or not a little more food in the form of cooked and raw veggies.
So I have gone down below my tracker weight and if I hold it I will start changing my tracker more frequently. Sometimes not eating enough of the right kind of foods makes a difference.
I got permission to print this in my blog because it feels like my journey.
I cannot see into the distance but I must continue to travel the way to better health.
