I haven't been as focussed on my exercise lately and so I have decided to enlist some help to perk me up. One exercise menu item I am pretty good about is the aquacise in the warm pool. Because it is warm there are no excuses not to go, and I do spend three hours a week most weeks. I decided to try some new routines to mix it up a little and to make sure I am getting the most out of my pool time.
The thing I dislike about aquacise classes is being shouted at. And also the ones I have been to make changes before I have figured out the last technique. I think I must be rather slow! So I contacted the trainer who takes the aquacise at our work pool, and she is joining me today in the warm pool to work up a routine to suit me.
So that is both exciting and a little disturbing. Disturbing because I don't want anything to happen to disturb my use of the pool. And there is always the potential for an injury hiccup, which I don't want at the moment. And sometimes trainers will push a package without due regard...
