Yeah! 2 lbs down! Whew!

I worked for it last week. Next weeks goal will be the same, 2000+ calorie burn. Its going to be a busy week. Shopping, cooking, cleaning, the usual holiday chores! Going over family house for dinner. But I've got to stay in control all of my favorite foods will be there.

I will probably drink or eat something before going to dinner. That way I won't get too hungry.

    Great advice! I'm taking some healthy food in my bag in case there is not that's lathered in fat and high sugar.
