Well today was good already got my walk down. I finally got up on time. I'm going to have pasta tonight for supper i love pasta it is one of my favorite things to eat. Looking forward to thanksgiving with the family that should be fun. My mom will make cranberry nut beard delicous. with cream cheese speard on it yum. She will make apple pie and pumpkin pie. alright that is all for today.

    I love pasta too! I was surprised to see how many spark people recipes include pasta because I always thought it was on the "forbidden" list for dieters. I guess we can have it as long as we track it and stay in our calorie range. It's a good day when you can eat pasta! emoticon
