Well... two months in and 7 pounds gone. More importantly, I added exercise to the mix two weeks ago. No weight loss for the last ten days. That fact is hard to take. The exercise added includes lots of strength training. I know the scale is not supposed to be the only measure, but I'm working so hard!!! My jeans are looser. My face looks thinner. I am getting stronger. I will continue to perservere. The tipping point will come, and the pounds will be shed. Inches come off so slowly. Scale not moving ... frustration.
