two months in

Well... two months in and 7 pounds gone. More importantly, I added exercise to the mix two weeks ago. No weight loss for the last ten days. That fact is hard to take. The exercise added includes lots of strength training. I know the scale is not supposed to be the only measure, but I'm working so hard!!! My jeans are looser. My face looks thinner. I am getting stronger. I will continue to perservere. The tipping point will come, and the pounds will be shed. Inches come off so slowly. Scale not moving ... frustration.

    If you haven't seen this pictures it might surprise you. It certainly made me stop focusing on my scale.

  Don't forget now that you've added exercise you're going to build some muscle. And with muscle comes a little weight, but persevere. It will come off. Muscle weighs more than fat.
I bet in another 2 weeks you're scale will shock you. Your body will feel different, you will feel your muscles underneath and it feels great.
I've been at it just about the same as you, but I added my exercise in almost right away. I've noticed a big difference since then!
