Wii Fit YAAAY!!

Instead of sitting around and watching television, I've decided to put my wii fit to use. There's settings where I can do the step and run without having to focus on the television the whole time. So yes, I got to watch Cry-Baby, and I also got to do 30 minutes of stepping and 10 minutes of running in place (or around the family room).

I plan to do another 30 minutes of stepping while watching the Redskins play the Eagles...which may end up with me playing wii boxing if the Redskins lose...

Also, I find that I'm going to cheat less on Medifast when I have my trusty water bottle. I couldn't find it for a while and then when I did find it, I immediately washed it and put water in it...I'm on my second bottle. I'm more inclined to fill it up with water rather than put my hand into a bag of chips. Behold! The power of water!
