I NEED TO STEP IT UP

Being honest with myself. I have been reading and listening to some motivational words and I realized yesterday I am only giving it about 60%. Because if I was giving it 100% I would of already had some progress.

I haven't really been sparking my food at all last week. I did do some DVD workouts from Turbo Fire and they are no joke. But I also needed to add some walking or something on those short workout days. I haven't been getting in all of my water.

I am not out there hustling HARD! I am not giving it my all and I don't have no real reason not to. I been eating this morning and haven't tracked a bite. How I managed to drop a pound last week is beyond me. The only thing I did do was not eat out. No takeout. Just haven't been feeling it.

Now with Thanksgiving on the way, I need to step it up!

    For the past few days, I have been feeling the same way as you described in your blog!

Just start over again! Today is another day! Go ahead and track your food today. Make this a weekly challenge for yourself that you will track your food! You can do it!
