Hello. So I'm not reaching my goals the way I wanted to but I'm not going to let that get me down. I'm going to look over my goals and see what I can change and will try to stick with them this week even though it's Thanksgiving. Be prepared because I have already added that I want to write in my journal or blog at least three times a week. So sorry in advance.
I'm on a good roll today as I have completed a 40 minute step aerobic workout and I actually used the step. I didn't get through the entire workout using the step but I did get through the first half hour which is really good for me because I never use the step.
I got the Fitbit so I definitely want to get my 10,000 steps in every day or almost every day this week. At least five out of seven days this week I also want to do the 10 flights of stairs every day and burn my calories.
Last week I was eating spinach salad for lunch every day and I love it. I'm also having a love affair with pears. So juicy and delicious.
One more goal I have this week is to make my Thanksgiving dinner a lot healthier than in past years. I want to make a crustless pumpkin pie which I got the recipe from SparkPeople and I love it. I also hope to cook with less butter.
My doctor appointment is set up for December 6 and I really don't want him yelling at me like he always does.
