So we are out camping again. We had dear friends drive up and spend the day yesterday. What fun! We grilled out and then, after they left dh and I sat by the fire until the wind got too high and chilly forccomfort.

This morning I enjoyed a piece of cake-like bread for breakfast but the enjoyment was short lived. The sugar hit made me feel awful. Definitely not worth it.

Lesson hopefully learned.
