I didn't quite meet my goal last week.
Water was good 2 days out of 7.
Tracking - 3? Maybe 4....
That sucks. I am finding excuses.
No time. Stressed. Tired.
I don't log onto SP at work for obvious reasons. I am finding if I don't track it right when I eat it, I tend to forget to track it.
I know. It's a sad excuse.
I also ended up spending two days in bed this week - my stomach was acting up again.
I think that sums it all up.
This week I AM GOING TO:
- track ALL my food
- drink at least 8 glasses of water/day
- move, at least 30minutes, 3 times this week. That's 90min.
