I love everything about Thanksgiving.
I love the history.
I love the spiritual significance.
I love the food. (that's a given)
EXCEPT I DON'T like the calorie totals at the end of the day! (Holy smokes! How did THAT happen??!!?!?!)
So I'm embracing this Sparkblog about intentional eating:
