I think the thing that happens with me is tht I put of my exercising until late in the day. If it's strength training, I go ahead a do it even if it's pretty late. If it's cardio, I may trade it for the next day's strength routine. I haven't fully missed working out for a day except for one day I was sick, since the start of August, but then I don't do very involved workouts.
I am trying to get myself up to an average of 25 minutes a day working out. I met my calories burned goal this week but not my minutes goal. So that's been somewhat of a challenge. I do want to work out earlier in the day when possible.
So maybe a good action plan for me is to workout before I have my afternoon snack. I never forget to eat that, somehow. The ideal would be working out in the morning but definitely before afternoon snack.
