I've recently started using SparkCoach, which has been great at inspiring me and providing great ideas to remind me to stay fit and healthy.
Today's program was about snacks and it suggested making a list of healthy snacks and keeping it on the fridge. Preparing and portioning snacks once a week so they are ready to take to work, school, etc is an good way to avoid the evil (though sometimes delicious) vending machine.
Here's my list of snacks:
-hard boiled eggs
-popcorn (did you know it's a whole grain?)
-roasted pumpkin seeds
-Laughing Cow cheese
-Granny Smith apple with peanut butter
-Triscuit and cheddar
