Areas where I noticed progress:
- Having to tie the drawstring on my workout pants (never had to use it before) so they wouldn't fall off
- Remembering I had a smaller pair of pajama pants in the closet (given to me as a gift around 2007-2008 - have never been able to wear them comfortably) and discovering they were a more comfortable fit than my old PJ pants that I was swimming in
- Weigh-in and measurements today: down 2.8 pounds from last week, .5 inch in my waist from last week (waistline is now 34 inches - getting closer!), 2 inches in my hips from last month
Areas I'd like to improve in:
Everything went pretty well this week in the areas of nutrition, fitness, and sleep. I still had a pretty stressful week at work, though, and could probably be doing better at taking some down time.
