    Unprocessed is the way to go!

Something else to consider if you've got thyroid problems, is that many of these cereals are fortified with a full day's worth of vitamins and minerals.

Which will block the absorption of your thyroid medication.

    Great to hear it! I still suggest watching this great video (it's only 5 minutes long).
It's astonishing how processed grains are these days!

    i stopped eating all grain products and lost 44 pounds. so for me the answer is no.
