Every day that I keep going with this, makes me feel more and more accomplished. I haven't seen any changes yet, but I don't expect them. I am mainly doing it now, because it makes me feel better about myself. I feel like I am actually trying to do something good to change my life, I am starting to feel like I used to about exercise, and it's nice to find something that makes it easier to be motivated. I am so happy I found these dvds.
I got my hubby to do it with me tonight, and even though he complained, and didn't go at the speed they were on the dvd (like you are supposed to), I was still happy he gave it a shot. It made me giggle slightly when he said he wasn't sweating because he walks all day at work and with heavy weights. I told him if he had been going the pace they were, he would have, and he gave me one of "those" looks, lol. I was sweating lightly, and usually when I sweat barely, it's running down his face. But I was keeping pace with it, and he wasn't.
Either way, it was nice to have him do it with me tonight, and I will try not to be so hard on him if he decides to do it with me again!
I just feel so good that I have done day 3, and can't wait to do day 4. Now hopefully, this motivation will overflow into eating better, and I will actually start seeing results on the scale! Crossing my fingers!
